But if it greatly narrows down horizons and possibilities and binds them with thorns, then it's just the wrong end of the stick. If the existence that enriches your life and soul has received a lot of public criticism or has been forgotten by many, it will never change its value to you. However, what you receive directly from an important being will change the way you are. It may even create cracks in your heart at times. But if you react to it by becoming aggressive or desperate, you will only cause yourself more and more pain. It's very unreasonable...but you can't change that. If you find yourself hurt, leave the situation and go to a place where you feel safe. You can listen to your favourite music, you can see beautiful scenery, you can let yourself go if there is something else that excites you. If you travel in that way and you feel like going home or you are tired, you can go home again. There is always kindness in the world to save you. Remember that. Take good care of yourself. (何でも型に嵌めた方がいいというわけではない。 確かに人は何にでも名前を付けたがる。それが安心感を生むからだ。しかし、それが視野や可能性を大きく狭め、茨で縛り苦しめるのであれば本末転倒でしかない。 君達の人生と魂を豊かにしてくれる存在が世間から多くの批判を浴びたり、多くの人から忘れ去られたりしていたとしても、君達にとってその価値が変わることはないだろう。 しかしそんな君達にとって大切な存在から直接受け取るものは、君達の在り方に影響を与えることも有る。時として、君達の心にヒビを入れることさえ有るかもしれない。だが、それに反応して攻撃的になったり自暴自棄になったりすれば、益々己を苦しめるだけだ。とても理不尽なことだが、それは変えられないんだ。 もし自分が傷ついていることに気づいたら、その場を離れ、安心出来る場所に行こう。好きな音楽を聴いてもいいし、美しい景色を見てもいいし、他にワクワクするものが有るなら自分を解放しに行ってもいい。そうやって旅をして、家に帰りたくなったり疲れたりしたら、また戻ればいいのさ。 世界にはいつでも君達を救ってくれる優しさがある。それを忘れないで。どうか自分を大切にしてください。) |
